How we work
Polyglot Translations works with experienced and professional translators in order to make sure the translation delivered follows professional standards.

If your project requires continual translation of texts or partial deliveries, Polyglot Translations works with you to design alternative processes that adapt to your sector and to your needs.

FAQ
  • Does Polyglot Translations use automatic translation software?
Polyglot Translations does not use automatic translation software. Translations are done by experienced translators who are native-speakers in the language into which they translate.
We do use translation tools software like SDL Trados, which are at the disposal of our clients if they choose so.
  • How do you guarantee the quality of my translation?
Our office operates in conformity with the Quality Management System ISO 17100:2015.
All the translations done by Polyglot Translations are carefully carried out by experienced translators and revised before delivery. If you have any query regarding the quality of your translation, you may contact us. The translator will give you any explanations you may require regarding any terms used and shall make corrections if necessary. Attaching a glossary or a previously translated text when placing your order helps to avoid a word being translated in a different way, albeit correctly, in a different translation.
  • What is the minimum deadline?
The minimum deadline is 24 hours. However, your project may be delivered beforehand on no obligation. Polyglot Translations meets always the deadlines given for each project.
  • When do I have to pay for my translation?
When your translation is ready, you will receive an e-mail with instructions. You need to pay for the translation via bank deposit before you can receive it.
  • Is there a minimum translation volume?
There is no minimum translation volume. However, a minimum charge equivalent to 200 words is made to cover the cost of the translation process.
